We want you to be happy with all your purchases, so we encourage you to email us with any questions regarding your order. We are a small design company and may not be available by phone as we still assist design customers daily at their home. So feel free to email or leave a message. Our goal is to have complete customer satisfaction and we are happy to make suggestions or assist you in any way. Items will be as indicated so please feel comfortable in your purchases. All orders will be shipped with delivery confirmation and insurance. Our standard method of shipping will be UPS or FEDEX, standard ground only or by MOTOR FREIGHT, best way for your area.

RETURNS: Should you be dissatisfied in any way, contact us immediately (within 7 days) and we will arrange for a return to our inventory.  We reserve the right to reject any return if the condition of the item is clearly different and/or unsellable based on the condition when the product was sent. Return shipping will be paid by the customer unless a mistake was made by our company and the wrong item was shipped. Upon returning an item, a credit to your credit card or Paypal will be issued by our company to the customer within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise. Occasionally an item may be damaged in shipping. Notify us immediately, retain all packaging and boxing materials. Disposal of the damaged merchandise or packaging without our authorization may void any damaged claim where a credit or replacement can be issued. We are not responsible for merchandise damaged by the shipper. We will file a claim with the shipper upon your notification. All shipments are insured for their full value. All duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Keep in mind: Returns on shipped orders will incur return shipping costs, and original shipping charges will not be refunded as they were paid by us. But we will give you a coupon for shipping return amount to be used on any purchase on our site. This hopefully will make your purchasing a little easier.

Our items are usually drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Your return will then ship back to that vendor. We will send you the shipping paperwork and arrange for pickup.

But in some cases we may return the item to our warehouse which is the address below. We will advise you when we okay your return.
